Vibration-rotational line strengths (Einstein A-coefficients) for the ground electronic state (X 1Σ+) of AlH and AlD have been calculated for the following sets of vibrational and rotational quantum numbers: 0 ≤ Δυ ≤ 5 for 0 ≤ υarcmin ≤ 15, and Jarcmin - J = ±1 for 0 ≤ Jarcmin ≤ 50. Representative numerical results are presented, and the possibility of observing these transitions in stellar spectra is briefly discussed.
