Strange formations of clouds have been observed at the terminator on Venus that project over to the dark side of the planet. Bright white circular areas have been observed on the sunlit side. Might these observations predict the possibility of volcanic eruptions on the planet surface below? We can now compare these observations to spacecraft radar images on the surface of Venus.
