An image-tube H-alpha Fabry-Perot interferometer used for the mapping of velocity fields in late-type galaxies with the Galaxymeter at McDonald Observatory is described. The semiautomated method of reduction leading to the construction of detailed velocity maps at 4 to 10 arcsec resolution from 500 to 5000 velocities per galaxy is outlined. Accidental and systematic errors are discussed.
