Results of measurements of the radial velocities of 159 red stars in the globular clusters M3, M4, M5, M10, M12, M13, and M71 are presented. One-dimensional velocity dispersions for the clusters M4, M5, M10, M12, and M71 are calculated within the framework of the single-component models of King (1965), and the values of mass-to-luminosity ratios M/L(V) and masses are determined. M/L(V) values are in the range of 1-2 with uncertainties of 40 to 100 percent. The mass of the globular cluster M71 is 10,000-20,000 solar masses, whereas for the other clusters the masses are in the range 100,000-200,000 solar masses.
