In this paper we consider the eigenvalue problem for piezoelectric shallow
shells and we show that, as the thickness of the shell goes to zero, the
eigensolutions of the three-dimensional piezoelectric shells converge to the
eigensolutions of a two-dimensional eigenvalue problem.
