In order to extend van Hoof's (1966) results concerning period change, and in order to verify the existence of the small amplitude components in the light curves, Sigma Scorpii was subjected to photoelectric observations on 24 nights between April 29, 1972, and May 10, 1974. Approximately 1900 uvby magnitude differences are obtained for Sigma minus Tau Scorpii.
