Consideration is given to the problem of computing the geocentric rectangular coordinates of the moon and sun on the basis of the DE200/LE200 ephemerides. For their direct calculation, it is proposed that the initial Chebyshev expansions of the coordinates of the moon, sun, and earth-moon system baricenter be transformed beforehand. The technique and practical applications of these transforms are described. For the solution of satellite geodesy problems, the present approach leads to a 15-20 percent acceleration of the computation process.
