The MIT Haystack Observatory Undergraduate Research Program is an NSF- funded program aimed at introducing radio astronomy to undergraduate student and involving them in active radio astronomical research. This paper will update the progress made in the program. We have expanded the program beyond the local area and have provided nationwide access to the telescope. We will describe the projects that have been performed by students, the extensive materials that have been developed for faculty and students, and the simplified user interface for the 37-m telescope. Materials were developed for a faculty training course under the NSF Chautauqua short course program. In addition, a new digital receiver is being developed for the small radio telescope (described in another poster). The new receiver will allow fast spectral data acquisition as well as observation of the OH maser lines. This will increase the research capabilities of the telescope. We are also working on a simplified interface for the small telescope.
