Galaxy Formation, Lyman-Alpha Emitters
Scientific paper
Detecting redshifted Lyman α emissions is a promising way to seek for high-z galaxies nowadays. While the number of Lyman α emitting galaxies (LAEs) has been increasing over the past decade, the question of what type of galaxies is observed as the LAEs remains open. The authors report a theoretical model for the LAE constructed to unveil its physical properties.
