We have searched for unresolved X-ray sources around 12 intermediate (0.2 < z < 0.6) redshift galaxy clusters from the CNOC survey. Chandra archival images yielded 33 candidates around these clusters. With these previous and new spectroscopic identifications, 50 been identified. While a majority of these candidates lie out of the cluster, a small fraction are associated with the cluster galaxies. We present our observations and discuss active galactic nuclei population in intermediate redshift clusters.
