The unitarizable irreps of the deformed para-Bose superalgebra $pB_q$, which
is isomorphic to $U_q[osp(1/2)]$, are classified at $q$ being root of 1. New
finite-dimensional irreps of $U_q[osp(1/2)]$ are found. Explicit expressions
for the matrix elements are written down.
