A color photographic mosaic of the Summer Milky Way obtained in La Palma (Canary Islands), is presented. A normal F=28 mm commercial objective was used. The film was a Kodak E200 Professional. The results show that Kodak E200 probably is, at present, one of the better commercial color film for astronomy. The authors describe some basic digital techniques adopted to optimize and to put together the photos. Although no flat-field or distortion corrections were applied, the result is suitable to detect practically all wide deep-sky objects close to the galactic plane.
