Scientific paper

The present conference discusses the USAF Program 675 FUV cameras experiment, the AURA experiment for measurement of the Earth's UV radiation from space, autocalibrating EUV spectrometers, the TAUVEX UV space telescope, the AURIC airglow modules, remotely UV sensed global weather systems, a power spectral density analysis of UV clutter, and stable VUV CCD detectors designed for spaceflight experiments. Also discussed are improved curved-channel microchannel plates, UV/VUV radiometric calibration, dynamic interferometer alignment, high responsivity UV photoconductors based on GaN epilayers, twilight Rayleigh scattering observed from ground and space, and UV bidirectional reflectance distribution function measurements for diffusers.
