We present detailed photoionization model of one Ultra Compact HII (UCHII) region extracted from a larger set of such objects observed by ISO (SWS+LWS). We succeed to reproduce most of the observed line intensities and show that: 1) this UCHII region is described by a 2-component model, each component differing by its density, 2) the ionizing star is cooler than what is determined from IR spectral type determination, and 3) the ionizing star is quite old compared to the expected lifetime of UCHII regions. Accurate abundances are determined.
