We have carried out five-color photometry of the brighter optical counterparts of X-ray sources in the Einstein Deep Survey Fields in Cetus, Eridanus, and Pavo. Most of the observed objects appear to be stars showing no signs of variability; exceptions include one star that varies in brightness over a small range and at least one variable quasar with a redshift z equals 1.96.
