UBVRI observations are presented for stars associated with H II regions, mostly those selected from the Sharpless (1959) catalogue. The photometric observations were made at the Cassegrain focus of the 152-cm telescope on the Calar Alto in Spain. Details of the instrumentation and observational procedure are presented along with the results, and details of the individual regions are also included.
