Results are reported for multicolor photometric observations of Nova Cygni 1975 which were made to check on a periodic variation of about 3.2 hr that was detected when the nova was at an apparent magnitude of 6. It is found that all the light curves showed a variation of about 0.08 mag and that a second minimum appeared in every band, was centered at 22 hr 05 min, and was shifted about 110 min from the maximum. Measurements of a comparison star with respect to a set of standard stars confirm the short-term variation of the nova. Results of observations for the nights of September 17 and 18, 1975, are shown to imply either different features from night to night or a real period in excess of 3 hr 48 min.
