Results are presented of individual UBV measurements of Cyg X-1 obtained from June to October 1974 (35 nights, 300 points in each filter). The mean light curves are plotted which combine all the published photoelectric data for this star. The total amplitude of the mean curve combining the observations in all UBV colors (at an effective wavelength of 4500 A) is A = 0.45 + or - 0.002m, the minima difference being 0.005 + or - 0.002. In the V band, a dependence of the amplitude of irregular physical fluctuations of brightness on orbital phase is observed, which may be a manifestation of unsteady gas streams and of the accretion disk.
