UBV observations of V1719 Cyg were performed at Merate Observatory during August 1983. The star is a short period pulsating variable showing variations in shape and amplitude of the light curve. Photometric characteristics are discussed and V1719 Cyg is found to be like other pulsating variables classified as RRc, but its nature is not completely determined. Other photometric and spectroscopic observations are discussed.
