UBV photometric observations of the asteroids 15 Eunomia and 354 Eleonora, obtained using the 40-cm telescope at Aarne Karjalainen Observatory and the 45-cm telescope at Turin Observatory during 1981-1982, are reported. The data are presented in tables and graphs and used to calculate the pole positions by the amplitude-magnitude method of Zappala et al. (1983), assuming a biaxial ellipsoid model. For Eunomia, the positions found are lambda0 = 164 + or - 5 deg (or 170 + or 6 deg for a triaxial equilibrium shape with b/c = 1.4) and beta0 = 52 + or - 5 deg (or 57 + or - 5 deg); the values for Eleonora are lambda0 = 355 + or - 7 deg and beta0 = 36 + or 8 deg.
