We prove that a sufficiently large subset of the $d$-dimensional vector space
over a finite field with $q$ elements, $ {\Bbb F}_q^d$, contains a copy of
every $k$-simplex. Fourier analytic methods, Kloosterman sums, and
bootstrapping play an important role.
