The paper presents the results of U, B, V photoelectric photometry of 21 galaxies measured with focal-plane apertures of various sizes ranging from 22-88 arcsec. The observations were made at Mount Laguna Observatory which is operated by San Diego State University. Observations made prior to 1980 were obtained with a 0.4-m telescope while those made after 1980 were obtained with the 1-m telescope. NGC 4656/7 was treated as a single object.
