The synthesis of the typical development of big energetic flares with cosmic and subcosmic rays is given. Courses of many emissions, the temperature Te and emission measure are also presented. A model of various phases of the events in the magnetic topology based on the emerging of a new opposite field in the pre-existing old field is presented.
