A two-temperature accretion disk including the effects of nonthermal electron-positron production is investigated. The results show that both bremsstrahlung and Comptonized bremsstrahlung disks have a critical accretion rate beyond which equilibrium is not possible. There is one solution for the disk structure if the rate is lower than the critical rate.
