It was found from observations at the frequencies of 102.5 and 62 MHz that the pulsar PSR 0943+10 possesses two average-pulse shapes. The mode-switching is accompanied by changes of the intensity, energy, and the degree of linear polarization of the average pulse, as well as of the character of the subpulses' drift. The peculiarities of the mode-switching of this pulsar are: 1) the approximately equal life-time of both modes, 2) the radical change of the pulse shape from the single-component to the two-component one.
