'Second epoch' VLBI observations at 1.7 GHz of a sample of 21 Low Frequency Variable Sources are presented. These observations confirm the gross structures of the sources reported in a previous paper. The compact component observed in a number of sources appear to suffer from the 'inverse Compton problem', but relativistic motions are a likely explanation of the observational results. Significant changes are found between this epoch and the previous one, a number of which are clearly due to flux density variations in the most compact source component. A number of sources show definite structural changes in size or separation of radio components between the two epochs. A relationship between structural change and low frequency variability is established.
