We report the monitoring results over a ~5 year period of the two radio and hard X-ray sources 1E1740-294 and GRS1758-258 with BATSE/CGRO since 1991. Two hard X-ray flux and spectral states are found. The hard X-ray high flux state in 1E1740-294 can be represented by a hard power-law with an exponential cutoff, commonly seen in black hole candidates in their hard state. In its hard X-ray low flux state, its energy spectrum becomes a steeper power law without break up to 200-300 keV, usually seen in the soft state of black hole candidates and in the two galactic superluminal jet sources GRS1915+105 and GROJ1655-40. We also discuss the possible nature of the two systems.
