The light curves of the eclipsing binary CD Tau in blue and yellow colours were obtained photoelectrically and analyzed by the methods of Kitamura and Wood. The absolute elements of the system were also obtained on the basis of the known spectroscopic elements. Both components are found to lie on the main sequence and the system is a detached one. The photometric parallax of the system is also calculated by using the available data.
