Abstract

Photoelectric observations of the eclipsing binary IM Aur have been carried out in B and V colours at the Ege University Observatory. The light curves were analyzed by means of Wood's model simulation program WINK and the Wilson-Devinney computer code. The system was found to be a detached binary with an undersized subgiant secondary nearly filling its Roche limit. The absolute elements of the system are also deduced.
