The application of sinusoidal bipolar voltage sweep to particle energy
selection is considered. The present method provides compatibility
between the measurement time and space on a 360-deg plane throughout the
entire measurement energy range of the energetic spectrometric system.
This principle will be applied in Interbol mission development.
