For cluster gas in the central parts of a rich cluster, the energy spectrum function of the turbulence is calculated. It is assumed that energy is fed into the turbulence by the Kelvin-Helmholtz instabilities between the galaxy/surrounding interfaces. In the equilibrium range a modified Kolmogorov law is found. The turbulence modes mostly affected are related to the effective mean free path in the cluster gas.
