Tropospheric radio wave propagation in the millimeter wave band is mainly influenced by water vapor content. The analysis of radiosonde data reveals the variation of communication parameters, such as brightness temperature, extinction, etc. with water vapor content at 94 GHz and height up to which the contribution of water vapor toward brightness temperature, extinction, and excess path lengths exists. The results show that water vapor content at height around 2 + or - 0.5 km has the largest influence on the parameters.
