Relative transition probabilities for 28 infrared (i.r.) lines arising from the 4p56s and 4p54d configurations of Kr(I) have been determined from emission line-intensity measurements of an optically-thin source. An InGaAs photodiode was used for light detection. Transition probabilities were placed on an absolute scale by using, where possible, line-strength sum rules. These experimental results are compared with experimental and theoretical data given by other authors.
