The theory of mutual transformations is developed for all types of magnetogravitation8l waves in isothermal atmospheres. The transformation of such waves into fast magnetosonic waves is examined, considering the tunneling effect in the case of propagation from regions with weak magnetic fields to regions with strong magnetic fields. The transformation ratios are used to calculate the spectra for slow and fast waves, in the case of the given spectrum of the sound noise in the convective zone. It has been found that the elements with a relatively fine structure in the solar atmosphere (perpendicular wavelength less than 500-1000 km) may be heated effectively by the fast waves, while the large-scale structures (perpendicular wavelength greater than 2000-4000 km) are heated by the slow magnetosonic waves.
