In this final of three papers from the NASA-NMSU Meteor Observatory, trajectory and orbital elements are reported for 13 doubly-photographed meteors, four of which are Geminids and one an Orionid. A pair of meteors with rather similar orbits suggests the possibility of a new stream active in the range of solar longitude 200 deg to 204 deg (13-18 October) with a radiant near delta Aurigae.
