We carried out phase-referencing VLBI observations in order to determine
the outer Galactic rotation curve with high accuracy. The 12 pairs of
Galactic maser sources and adjacent continuum sources were observed with
VLBA in 2002. Seven of which are succeeded in phase-referencing data
calibration. We report on preliminary results of our observation.
