The principal moments of inertia and the libration coefficients of Phobos have been estimated numerically for a homogeneous tri-axial model. The secular Love number of Phobos has been refined: ks = 1.65; it supports the hypothesis that Phobos is formed of primordial matter by accretion in orbit. The precession-nutation-tidal torques exerted on Phobos have been estimated.
