Diffuse-reflected radiation coefficients were obtained on the basis of spectrophotoelectric observations of Jupiter carried out in 1982 in the 5500-7500-A spectral region for the central part of the disk (diaphragm 3.5 arcsec) and a part of the disk covered by the diaphragm 28 arcsec. Some parameters of the Jovian external atmosphere and the cloud layer within the framework of the two-layer model for the formation of the absorption bands were determined from data on the intensity of methane and ammonia absorption bands. Analysis of results of observations and calculations, and comparison of the results of previous years show that the physical conditions of the formation of the absorption bands in Jupiter's atmosphere change with time.
