The global structure of the heliosphere predicted from our 3D MHD time dependent code for several sets of boundary conditions is discussed. Time variations of the solar wind caused by the 11-year solar cycle are simulated, and the effect on the termination shock and heliopause is analyzed. The results from different models, assuming either spherical or anisotropic solar wind, with or without the interplanetary magnetic field, are compared. The interaction with neutral hydrogen via charge exchange is included. The role of the interstellar magnetic field is discussed.
