Gamma-ray Bursts (GRBs) are one of the most promising tools in the study of cosmology. The luminosity, energy, light curve parameters and spectral measures could yield to the calibration of standard candles in the Universe. Aiming to clarify the possible cosmological effects, we started to study the autocorrelation function (ACF) and spectral properties of a sample of GRBs with known redshift in the combined band of Swift [15-150 keV] and Suzaku [50 keV-5 Mev] satellites. Time histories of GRBs at different energy are expected to bring information on the burst environment and radiation mechanisms. Recently, a bimodal distribution of the cosmological corrected ACF was established but it is believed that cosmological and non-cosmological effects contribute in this behavior. Combining the temporal and spectral analysis, we look for new relations between the prompt emission timescale and its energetics. The ACF at different energies and the correlations with spectral parameters could clarify the subclasses of long GRBs. As a first result we observed two classes of behavior in the duration-peak energy plane.
