Blazars belong to radio-loud AGNs and are characterized by a non-thermal continuum spectrum, an optical polarization, a flat radio spectrum and strong variability. Some of these objects have been firmly detected by Atmospheric Cerenkov Telescope with a emission above 1 TeV. This strong TeV emitters are called TeV or Extreme Blazars. Whereas the physical emission processes that take place in the jet is relatively well understood, the variability mechanism is still under debate. We develop a self-consistent and time-dependent model based on the "two-flow model". This latter suppose the self-generation of a pair plasma, surrounded by a mildly-relativistic MHD structure. Pairs are accelerated by the turbulence and cool by SSC process producing gamma-rays, partly absorbed to form new pairs. The plasma flow is accelerated radiatively by the O'Dell's compton-rocket mechanism. This particular "symbiosis" between the ultra-relativistic pairs and the turbulence generated by MHD structure may lead to develop a preys-predators comportment, explaining the variability phenomenon. We also consider that the pair energy distribution is not a power-law but a "pile-up" f(gamma) propto gamma**2 exp -gamma/gamma-c. This latter seems to be better to reproduce the shape of TeV blazars.
