We use the CLEO II.V data sample to search for D^0-\overlineD^0 mixing by studying the time-dependent Dalitz distribution for the decay of a D^0 to the final state K^0_Sπ^+π^-. We present a preliminary measurement of the contributions to the Dalitz plot, including a first measurement of the doubly-Cabibbo-suppressed contributions. In addition, we present preliminary results on the amplitudes x and y that describe on-shell and off-shell D^0-\overlineD^0 mixing.
