The Chandrasekhar theory for the study of the dynamics of stellar motions has been used to derive integrable time-dependent models of collisionless rotating stellar systems. Time-depending potentials are obtained with three isolating integrals in involution. Space and time coordinates can be transformed so that the potentials take a steady-state form whose classification of stellar orbits is already known.
