Energy conservation is inapplicable to frames of nonuniform time. Generalized energy conservation is proposed. Classical mechanics is shown to be a result of generalized energy conservation; mass is a function of flow of time; CDM and CMBR are consequences of generalized energy conservation; CMBR has nothing to do with big bang. A solution for galaxy rotation is also suggested.
