We present preliminary results of ongoing numerical simulations of tilted accretion flows around rapidly rotating black holes. In a viscous disk, such a configuration is susceptible to the Bardeen-Petterson effect, which causes the flow to divide into two distinct regions - an inner aligned accretion disk and an outer tilted accretion disk. We propose that hydrodynamic effects at the interface between these two regions could potentially generate moderate frequency quasi-periodic oscillations (QPOs) such as have been observed in the X-ray spectra of low-mass X-ray binaries (LMXBs). Here we consider inviscid flows, which demonstrate the effects of relativistic frame-dragging near the black hole.
