Experimental radio-sounding data on irregular ionosphere inhomogeneities
of a specific type ("walls") from the Kosmos-1809 satellite are
analyzed. Conclusions are reached regarding their geometrical
dimensions, internal structure, and indicatrix of radio-scattering by
plasma elements forming the inhomogeneities.
