The interstellar neutral hydrogen is a thermally bistable
medium. The dynamical processes with two coexisting phases involve a large range of spatial (and temporal) scales, that need to be adequately represented in numerical simulations. We have performed 2-d simulations of a converging and turbulent flow. A statistical analysis of the fraction and the properties of the different phases has been carried out and is presented.
