The basic physical parameters of a characteristic 3C FR II radio source are estimated. The statistical relationships between the velocity, density, mass flux of the jet, and the luminosity of the hotspot are predicted. The obtained estimates indicate a high efficiency of transformation of the kinetic energy of the jet into the energy of ultrarelativistic particles, magnetic fields, and synchrotron radiation.
