The Zelenchuk sky survey at 3900 MHz in the right ascension range of 15-6 h between the declinations 82 deg 30 arcsec and 82 deg 50 arcsec (part I), and of 1-21 h between 82 deg 50 arcmin and 83 deg 10 arcmin (part II) is presented. The catalog contains 220 radio sources detected with a flux density limit of 14 mJy. The parameters of the radio source calculations are in agreement with those obtained earlier in the Zelenchuk survey at 3900 MHz.
