The X-ray spectrum emitted by the radiation pressure-dominated region of an accretion disk around a black hole is derived under the modified alpha-viscosity law, according to which the viscous stress tensor scales with the disk gas pressure alone. Due to the higher disk density, the surface temperature of the regions emitting a modified blackbody spectrum is lower than the temperature obtained in the standard alpha-viscosity model; the integrated disk spectrum is correspondingly softer.
